TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting an entry, entrants shall be deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the competition.

1. Competition runs from May 1, 2022 to July 31, 2022 (3 months)
2. There are 3 winners each month, with the top 3 of that month receiving the following:
   
   1. US$150+ Wham-O Slip ‘N Slide Double Wave Rider
   
   2. US$100+ Wham-O Slip ‘N Slide Single Wave Rider
   
   3. US$50
3. Maximum of 3 consecutive wins awarded to the same winner
4. Offer valid to US residents and for US delivery only
5. Competition is open to ages 5+ to enter
6. Winners are required to send at least 2 photos or a video to Wham-o when they receive their prize and allow Wham-o to use those materials for any future promotion or marketing purpose.
7. Winners are required to post a feed on their Facebook or Instagram account to share their joy with their friends upon receiving the prize, the post must set public and tag @whamoofficial to notify Wham-o.
8. Wham-o reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. For any dispute arising from this contest, Wham-o reserves the right to have the final decision.
